Libro de Buen Amor (Book of Good Love).
Complete facsimile edition of one of the most important works in the
world literature, which compiles the countless aspects of European
society, particularly Spanish society, in the 13th and
14th centuries, which would suffer the effects of the Big
Crisis and, later, the Schism of Occident.
Two volumes bound in leather by hand. The first volume contains a full colour reproduction of the 105 sheets of vergé paper, 28 x 21 cm, of the ms. 2663 of the Biblioteca Universitaria de Salamanca, copied by Alfonso de Paradinas between the late 14th century and the early 15th century. The second volume contains a complete text transcription of the piece of work of Juan Ruiz, Arcipreste de Hita (late 13th century), and a historic critic study of the book by professor César Real de la Riva.
